All information exchanged between Remote Home Office and your business is kept confidential.  Should you discontinue your services with Remote Home Office, all records and documents shall be destroyed after 12 months, sooner if requested.

Initial contact involves completing a job request from, you will be provided with a Job Request Agreement outlining your request along with an Independent Contractors Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement.

There are 2 options when it comes to working with Remote Home Office

Hourly Option
One of projects charged by the hour, ideal for casual use and a great option for clients who are unsure of the amount of administration assistance they require.  All work will be billed a minimum of 1 hour, followed by 15 minute increments.

Retainer Packages
This is ideal for companies that will require the assistance of Remote Home Office on a regular basis throughout the month.  This guarantees your business will have a set amount of hours set aside each month to concentrate on the administrative support your business requires.  Monthly packages are based on a minimum of 10 hours a week, whether it is 10 or 50 hours a week your business needs, let us help you.  A set fee will be negotiated depending on your requirements.

Payments accepted include: bank deposit, cheque or money order.  Credit card payments accepted via PayPal..
